Wheel tractor chassis fault usually has a more complex cause. If the manipulator can not identify the fault in time and solve it, it will greatly affect the progress of agricultural production. Generally speaking, the faults of tractor chassis are mostly caused by the faults of brake, transmission, clutch, gearbox and other parts. The tractor hand should check these parts when encountering faults. Based on this, according to many years of basic work experience, the common faults and solutions of tractor chassis are described.
1) Brake failure. Brake failure is a serious fault, which should be eliminated in time to avoid safety accidents. The common causes of brake failure are: oil inlet or damage to the friction plate, excessive pedal travel, excessive brake pad wear, etc.; the corresponding solutions are: wipe or replace the friction plate, calibrate the pedal according to the original manufacturer’s instructions, and replace the brake pad.
2) Brake heating. The brake heating may be caused by incomplete brake separation, which is mainly caused by the weakening of return spring, too small friction plate clearance, too small pedal travel or difficult return. The corresponding solutions are: replace the spring, readjust the friction plate and pedal clearance.
3) Brake deviation. The brake deviation is mainly caused by the brake oil inlet or the different stroke of both brake pedals; the corresponding elimination method is: wipe the brake or adjust the position of both brake pedals according to the instructions.
