Due to the limitations of time, conditions and personal experience, there are still many deficiencies:
(1). Mesh size of finite element model of gearbox shell casting of high-power tractor. The accuracy of the finite element model directly affects the accuracy of the calculation results. In this paper, a large number of references are referred to, combined with the actual computer software and hardware conditions, and then the element size of the finite element model of the gearbox shell casting of high-power tractor is determined through the mutual verification of the real free mode test. Finally, the selected element size is 3mm, and the difference between the experimental modal data and the calculated modal data is about 5%. The error between test mode and calculation mode should be minimized by refining the grid to ensure the correctness of the calculation results.
(2). Simplification of load application on bearing hole of High-power Tractor shell. In this paper, rbe2 element is used to simulate the bearing, and the load is applied to the central node of rbe2. Although this method is simple, the loading mode is not completely consistent with the actual loading mode of bearing hole, which must have an impact on its calculation results. Therefore, finding a convenient and simple method that can accurately simulate the stress of bearing hole can ensure the accuracy of calculation results.
(3). Accuracy of load calculation of gearbox shell casting of high-power tractor. According to the design drawings, the force magnitude and direction of each bearing hole can be accurately calculated theoretically. But in reality, the shaft will deform in the process of transmitting torque, and the deformation will change the stress of each bearing. The influence of shaft deformation is not considered in this paper. Therefore, there will be an error between the bearing hole force and the actual bearing hole force.
(4). The influence of ground on the casting of gearbox housing of high-power tractor. In this paper, only the static analysis of high-power tractor gearbox shell casting is carried out, but the actual situation is that the tractor gearbox shell casting works under a variety of external vibration, including road surface, engine and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to use Adams to establish the simulation model of high-power tractor gearbox shell casting, simulate the actual working conditions, obtain the dynamic load of the shell, and calculate and analyze the dynamic load of tractor gearbox shell casting.
