1. Test materials and casting process parameters
Combined with the scientific casting process and methods, the properties of casting samples are tested, the data are summarized and analyzed. Through a lot of practice and combined with the research of scholars, it can be found that the performance of bearing pedestal will rise first and then decline with the increase of pouring temperature and pouring time, so as to ensure the accuracy of inspection results in each period. The test material in this paper is the bearing pedestal of ZG35CrMo steel, and the size of the bearing pedestal is 2360mm × 1640mm × 1280mm, 52 ~ 256mm thick. The chemical composition was determined by X-ray spectrometer. The gravity gating system was selected in the casting process.
2. Casting process parameters
Casting technology has become the core of accelerating the development and innovation of China’s machinery manufacturing industry. In the development process of machinery manufacturing industry, it is necessary to perfectly combine casting technology and production, so as to innovate the previous manufacturing methods of enterprises, so as to speed up the development of China’s machinery manufacturing industry. In order to improve the performance and quality of bearing pedestal, it is necessary to improve the casting process. During the experiment, the gravity gating system was selected and the casting process parameters were optimized. In the specific casting process, select the casting temperature of 1460 ℃, 1480 ℃ and 1500 ℃, and ensure that the casting time is within 90 seconds by accurately controlling the casting pouring time. In order to control the casting time, the characteristics and properties of bearing pedestal in different casting time were also studied in this paper.
3. Experimental steps
After the casting of the bearing pedestal is completed, make standard V-shaped samples and impact test pieces. After the impact test, carefully check the samples with jsm6510 electron microscope (SEM). The wear test is about 50mm × For 10mm samples, use MM200 wear testing machine, set the parameters as rotation speed 400u / min, working pressure 100N and wear time 30min, and conduct general test at room temperature. In order to ensure the accuracy and possibility of test results, the consistency of abrasives in the test process must be maintained. After the test wear is completed, carefully observe it with jsm-1 scanning electron microscope.
4. Test method
After the casting of the bearing pedestal is completed, the standard V-notch sample is made into an impact sample, and the impact sample is tested. After the experiment is completed, the sample is observed by electron microscope. Wear sample size 50mm × 10mm, the wear test is carried out by MM200 machine. The parameters of MM200 wear test machine are set as rotation speed of 400R / min, working pressure of 100N and wear time of 30min to ensure that the whole experiment is carried out at room temperature. In the process of the experiment, in order to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the experimental results, it is necessary to ensure the wear materials. After the experiment, observe the samples through jsm-1 scanning electron microscope.
