Constrained modal analysis results of tractor gearbox shell casting

Constrained modal analysis of tractor gearbox shell casting refers to the modal analysis carried out by simulating the connection between the gearbox shell and the engine and the connection between the tractor gearbox shell casting and the rear axle. The first six vibration modes are shown in the figure, and the first six frequencies and vibration modes are described in the table.

1 order (459.58) overall bending vibration around z-axis
2 order (691.59) overall bending vibration around the y-axis
3 order (951.64) local bending vibration
4 order (1127.61) overall tension bending vibration
5 order (1145.63) overall torsional tension vibration
6 order (1243.15) overall tension bending vibration

It can be seen from the table that the first constrained modal frequency of tractor gearbox shell casting is 459.58hz, and its vibration mode is overall bending vibration around Z. the subsequent constrained modal frequencies increase in turn, which corresponds to the vibration mode.
