Data collection experiment of tractor rotary tillage in field

The test prototype is LX2204 high-power tractor, and the working tool carried is the French Kuhn EL282 rotary cultivator. See the table for specific parameters. In order to obtain the tractor unit data during field rotary tillage operation, a data acquisition system consisting of wireless torque sensor, Hall speed sensor, Beidou positioning system, etc. has been built, which can realize the synchronous acquisition of tractor driving speed, PTO speed, PTO torque and other operation data. The sensor installation and field test are shown in the figure.

The test site is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, in the Northeast Plain. The test time is September 2021, and the ambient temperature is 24 ℃. This test only considers the influence of gear and vehicle speed changes on the load of the tractor power take-off transmission system. PTO operation gear is 1000r/min. The operation data of the tractor in the common rotary tillage operation gears L1, L2 and L3 are collected respectively. The theoretical driving speeds of the tractor in these three gears are 2.00, 3.04 and 4.91 km/h. In order to maintain the rationality of the test data, an experienced driver always operates the tractor during the test.
