Application of nitrogen protection device in 650 semi continuous casting machine

According to the statistics of nonferrous metal processing industry association, the comprehensive output of copper processing materials in China in 2019 is 18.16 million tons, of which the output of red copper strip is 670000 tons, accounting for 35.8% of the total output of copper strip. Semi continuous casting machine is a kind of production equipment which uses semi continuous casting process to produce non-ferrous metal parts. The oxidation of furnace head will affect the oxygen content in molten copper. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the production device to reduce the oxygen content and eliminate the internal defects of copper strip.
