Application of surface strengthening technology of wear-resistant materials in crusher liner casting

Surface strengthening technology includes surface treatment, surface processing, surface coating, surface modification and thin film technology. 1) Cast infiltration surface alloying technology

The casting infiltration technology to realize the surface alloying of the workpiece in the solidification process of the casting can combine the strength and toughness of the body material with the high hardness and high wear resistance of the strengthening components, and improve the overall performance of the parts without greatly increasing the cost. The surface alloying layer has excellent properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. 2) Intelligent system and technology of plasma spraying

Plasma spraying takes the plasma flame flow as the heat source, heats and melts the powder coating material and sprays it from the spraying gun. Under the action of high-speed air flow, it sprays into mist like fine particles and sprays them onto the surface of the workpiece. The flattened particles are embedded on the surface of the workpiece to form a plasma spraying layer. Because of its high spraying efficiency, dense coating, especially after appropriate post-treatment, high bonding strength with the substrate and good thermal barrier performance, it is widely used in modern industry and cutting-edge science and technology.

3) Laser surface treatment technology

Laser surface treatment is to use the interaction between high-energy laser and material surface to change the physical structure and chemical composition of material surface, so as to improve the surface properties of materials (such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance) and improve the service life of parts. Laser can produce heating, melting and impact on the material surface, which makes the application of laser surface treatment technology very wide. The laser surface treatment technology is used to replace the expensive integral alloy on the surface of some base metals with poor surface performance and low price, save precious metals and strategic materials, and make the cheap materials applied, so as to greatly reduce the cost.
