The new sand process scheme of sand mold casting and the reclaimed sand plus new sand process scheme pour 8 boxes respectively, the pouring temperature is 1585 ℃, and the pouring time of each box is about 30 seconds. There is basically no smoke during pouring in the two processes. 20 minutes after pouring, the sand casting sand mold starts to emit a large amount of white smoke, accompanied by a very small amount of pungent smell.
Figure 1 shows the casting process of alkaline phenolic resin sand mold; Figure 2 shows the basic phenolic resin sand casting process after 20 minutes of pouring; Figure 3 shows the pouring of furan resin sand casting process. A large amount of black smoke is generated during pouring, and strong pungent smell can be smelled.
The smoke produced by alkaline phenolic resin sand casting process is mainly composed of CO2 and steam, which is non-toxic and harmless and relatively environmentally friendly. The black smoke produced by furan resin sand casting process is harmful substances such as H2S and SO2, which pollutes the environment and does great harm to human body.
