Casting process and performance test results of mechanical bearing pedestal

1. Impact performance

For the performance test of mechanical bearing pedestal, it can be found that the impact absorption of the whole bearing pedestal can increase first and then decrease with the increase of pouring temperature. When the pouring temperature is controlled at 1460 ℃, the impact absorption capacity of the sample is 69j, and the impact performance is the worst; When the pouring temperature is 1480 ℃, the impact absorption capacity is 75j, which is 9% higher than that before; When the pouring temperature was 1520 ℃ in the later stage of the test, the impact absorption capacity was enhanced by 28%, reaching 88j; When the pouring temperature is 8260 ℃, the impact absorption capacity of Xiaojiang is increased. Therefore, in order to make the performance of mechanical bearing pedestal show the best results, the pouring temperature of about 1530 ℃ should be selected as the most appropriate.

2. Wear resistance

When the pouring time is 45s, the wear volume of the sample is 41 × 10-3mm3, and the wear volume of the sample is the largest at this time. When the pouring time reaches 60s, the wear volume decreases by 15% compared with the previous time period, and the wear volume is 35 × 10-3mm3, the wear volume reaches the minimum value at 90s, and the wear volume is 14 × 10-3mm3; In the later pouring process, the wear volume will increase slowly. Therefore, in order to make the mechanical bearing pedestal performance show the best results, it is most appropriate to choose the pouring time of about 90s.
