Multi way valve is mainly used in various construction machinery, lifting and transportation machinery and other traveling machinery for centralized control of multiple actuators. The integral multi way valve body is equivalent to a pressure vessel, which not only bears high pressure, but also bears heat load due to throttling heating.
Through the establishment of multi-channel valve basin model under different working conditions, the distribution of flow field and temperature field under different working conditions is analyzed, and the calculation results are introduced into workbench. The stress value of multi-channel valve is obtained by using fluid structure coupling method, and the strength index of ideal valve body and valve body with casting defects is compared and analyzed, so as to reveal the rule that casting defects affect the strength of valve body.
Through the research, it has a certain reference value for the reliability design of integral multi way valve.
