It is widely used in furnace cans, furnace rollers, fan blades, sliding rails, furnace bottom plates, glass cement kilns, enamel kilns and other components.
CDQ technology is the inevitable trend of the development of China’s coking industry, which is of great significance in environmental protection and energy recovery. At present, the lining plate made of heat-resistant cast steel ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN is used on the inner wall of coke tank of most CDQ equipment. The working conditions of the coke tank are very poor. It is used to load the red coke pushed out from the coke oven carbonization chamber. The working temperature range of the heat-resistant cast steel lining plate in the CDQ coke tank is 950-1050 ℃ when charging coke. When the tank is empty, the heat-resistant cast steel lining plate is exposed to the air. And alternate every 10 minutes. During equipment maintenance, the temperature of heat-resistant cast steel lining plate is close to the atmospheric temperature. It must not only bear the large impact force brought by the falling of coke, but also have the test of serious high-temperature wear and thermal fatigue of heat-resistant cast steel lining plate caused by the falling of coke. Therefore, the casting quality of heat-resistant cast steel lining plate is very important.
By analyzing the chemical composition and casting defects of heat-resistant cast steel liner (ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN) and the influence of heat-resistant cast steel liner structure on its performance, some improvement measures are put forward to improve the quality of heat-resistant cast steel liner, so as to greatly improve the service life of heat-resistant cast steel liner.
