1) The riser and flesh gain of splay saddle head are relatively large. The riser must be cut hot according to the process temperature and kept warm and cooled slowly to prevent cracks.
2) The extra meat in the saddle groove must be cut at 200 ℃~250 ℃ after annealing. First, cut it from the middle of the extra meat, and then repair both sides. If it cannot be cut completely at one time, it can be cut twice. If necessary, it should be put into the furnace for heat preservation.
3) Use gas cutting method to cut and connect the attached cast body test material to the body by 10 mm~20 mm to prevent it from falling. The cutting shall be smooth without damaging the test material.

Due to the special shape of the steel casting, the user shall conduct acceptance according to the delivery of the blank, and spot flaw detection shall be adopted for inspection. Magnetic particle flaw detection shall be carried out according to GB/T9444-2007, and it is qualified as Grade II; It is allowed to use ultrasonic flaw detection instead of radiographic flaw detection, which is evaluated as per GB/T7233.1-2009 and is qualified as Grade I; Ensure that the castings are free of major defects before delivery. See Table 1 and Table 2 for the chemical composition and performance test results of the final castings. All steel castings meet the standard technical requirements.
