Before the 3D scanning data detection, the laser 3D scanner needs to be calibrated. The calibration plate is scanned and calibrated, and then the part data is scanned and detected. The main steps are as follows:
(1) Data location of diffuser impeller
The measured parts are placed on the positioning plate (the surface of the positioning plate is black, and a certain number of positioning points are pasted on the surface. The positioning points are arranged irregularly, and a certain distance is maintained between the two positioning points). The zgscan717 plus laser three-dimensional scanner is used to scan, and the position data of diffuser impeller is obtained through the positioning points. During the scanning process, the parts need to be fixed. The scanning software of zgscan717 plus is zgscan’s own scanning software. The software is developed by Zhongguan automation company and applied to its related products.
(2) Three dimensional scanning of diffuser impeller
Click to start the scanner to scan the diffuser impeller. In the scanning process, the scanner is 20-30cm away from the workpiece position, and moves the scanner slowly. Because the diffuser impeller is rotary, it is easy to cause the input of non relevant positioning points in the scanning process, which leads to the failure of impeller data detection. Therefore, in the data detection process, the appropriate angle scanning is selected to reduce the impact of non relevant positioning points on the input results, and the observation is carried out during the scanning process Data entry, the position without scanning is scanned twice until the complete diffuser parts are scanned.
