Field wear test of tractor track shoes

In recent years, the track shoe research group has conducted 21 joint loading tests in Guangdong (paddy field), Northeast China and Henan (dry field). Based on these results, we draw the thickness dimension change of the worn part of the track shoe( Δ 50) It is a comparative block diagram of ordinate to observe the relative wear resistance of various materials in the field (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).

Due to the scattered data of the field test results, we use the statistical analysis method to observe the average results. In the results in Figure 1, the wear resistance of each wear part of the track shoe of 31mn2si material is better than that of high manganese steel (Mn13). In Shuitian, Guangdong Province, it seems that medium manganese cast steel mn7 material has good wear resistance.
