According to the general requirements of the bucket tooth detection system of excavator, the functions of the designed detection system are as follows:
(1) System initialization function: the user specifies the location of the image storage folder and the detection result storage folder, and the user specifies the actual number of excavator bucket teeth of the detection target.
(2) Excavator bucket tooth fault detection function: detect the bucket teeth of the bucket, process the bucket teeth through the above methods, judge whether the bucket teeth of the excavator have faults, and return the processing results.
(3) Fault alarm function: when the system detects that the bucket tooth of the excavator has a fault, the program will be suspended automatically, and a warning window will pop up to prompt the user that the bucket tooth may have a fault. After the user confirms, the user will be prompted for the next operation. If you choose to ignore, the program continues to detect until the detection is completed.
(4) Result visualization function: when one detection is completed, the excavator bucket tooth target detection, excavator bucket tooth image segmentation, and the parameters calculated by the program, including the number of detected bucket teeth, fault bucket tooth position and wear degree, are intuitively displayed in the interface for users to carry out relevant processing.
