G10mnmov6-3 cast steel cable clamp casting technical standard requirements

The mass of large g10mnmov6-3 low alloy cast steel cable clamp is about 4600kg and the outline size is 2600mm × 650mm × 830mm, 130mm flange thickness, 150mm web thickness and 150mm end padeye thickness, as shown in the figure. The back padeye of cast steel cable clamp is a rear welded steel plate.

G10mnmov6-3 low alloy steel in European standard en10293-2015 is selected as cast steel cable clamp. See Table 1 for chemical composition. See Table 2 for mechanical property requirements. Quenching and tempering treatment is adopted, with quenching temperature of 900 ~ 950 ℃ and tempering temperature of 640 ~ 660 ℃.

1. NDT and dimensional appearance requirements

The X-ray flaw detection of the first article shall meet the requirements of astme94, and the acceptance level is level 3. The magnetic particle testing of castings shall comply with bsen1369:2012, and the quality grade is: ① nonlinear indication isolation (SM), and the grade is SM2; ② Linear indication (LM), level LM2; ③ Alignment indication (AM), level AM2. Ultrasonic testing of castings shall comply with bs12680-1:2003. The quality grade is: ① plane discontinuity, no crack or tear, grade 2; ② Non planar discontinuity, grade 3.

The dimensional tolerance of cast steel cable clamp shall meet the requirements of grade ct13 of eniso8062-3:2007, and the cable groove shall meet the requirements of grade CT8. The cast steel cable clamp casting itself shall not only meet the requirements of en10293-2015, but also meet the casting technical requirements of European standards en1559-1 and en1559-2. The appearance and surface inspection of cast steel cable clamp shall comply with bsen1370:2011 and en1369-2012. Based on the steel casting research and Trade Association (SCRATA) evaluation reference baseline.

2. Test block requirements

The selection of cast steel cable clamp test block shall comply with the requirements of bsen1559-2:2014, and the section of the test block is 150mm × 150mm × 150mm。 Take a group of tensile samples and 3 impact samples from the 1 / 4 depth of the test block for testing. The test block and cast steel cable clamp casting are made of molten steel in the same furnace and poured in the same gating system.
