The research content comes from the school enterprise cooperation projects “research and development of new cone crusher liner” and “research and development of key parts and materials of high-efficiency and energy-saving cone crusher and development of pygb1513 complete machine”. Starting from the composition design, process optimization and wear behavior of bainite Martian duplex wear-resistant cast steel for cone crusher liner, it includes the following aspects:
(1) Composition design, melting and casting process formulation of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for lining plate of cone crusher
1) Comparing the composition system and microstructure and properties of medium and low alloy wear-resistant cast steel at home and abroad, based on Mn-B air-cooled bainitic steel, a reasonable composition system is designed to obtain the expected microstructure and properties;
2) Select appropriate melting equipment and casting process to provide technical support for the preparation of lining materials.
(2) Study on heat treatment process of Bei Ma multiphase wear resistant cast steel for lining plate of cone crusher
1) Through the heat treatment process experiment of quenching and tempering, the microstructure and mechanical properties of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel after heat treatment are analyzed, and the reasonable design of heat treatment process is completed;
2) The effects of heat treatment parameters (heat preservation process, quenching medium, tempering process, etc.) on the tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, impact energy and other mechanical properties of Bei Ma complex wear-resistant cast steel were studied;
3) Study on the effect of heat treatment parameters on microstructure transformation, microstructure size and phase content of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for cone crusher liner.
(3) Study on wear resistance mechanism of bainite Martian multiphase wear resistant cast steel for lining plate of cone crusher
1) Pin disk wear test, impact abrasive wear test and salt spray test are designed to study the influence of wear test parameters on the wear resistance of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for cone crusher liner, and the wear level of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is evaluated by comparing with traditional high manganese steel materials;
2) Combined with the microstructure, the effects of microstructure transformation, microstructure size and phase content on the wear resistance of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for cone crusher liner were analyzed;
3) The wear-resistant mechanism of Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for cone crusher liner is analyzed by multi-dimensional wear analysis method and combined with the wear morphology of wear surface and sub surface.
(4) Study on industrial application of Bei Ma multiphase wear resistant cast steel for lining plate of cone crusher
1) Formulate the smelting, casting and heat treatment processes of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel lining plate, and complete the transformation from laboratory results to industrial application;
2) The Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel lining plate is installed and evaluated, and the evaluation results are evaluated. The lining plate is sampled to analyze whether its microstructure and properties meet the expected objectives.
