ZHK400 vacuum consumable electrode arc shelling furnace is used for melting. The consumable electrode uses the secondary ingot bar produced by the vacuum consumable arc furnace.

The melting parameters are shown in the table. During the melting process, the melting current is maintained at 28~36 kA, the melting voltage is controlled at 34~41 V, the vacuum degree is stable at 3.0~5.0 Pa, and the return water temperature of the crucible is not higher than 45 ℃.
