Key technology and quality control of large cast steel cable clamp casting

The foundry has formulated the quality control inspection process according to the casting process. The owner, the general contractor and the subcontractor have hired their own independent third-party quality inspection institutions respectively. Among them, the third-party institution appointed by the foreign owner is CCIC (intermediate inspection certification), the third-party institution entrusted by the general contractor is SGS (general standard), the third-party institution entrusted by the Subcontractor is bv (Biwei International), and the three inspection engineers work independently of each other, According to the quality control and inspection flow chart formulated by the foundry and the ITP (inspection test plan) document of the project, the whole process of the first casting process of the cable clamp is tracked in the factory to ensure the casting quality of the cast steel cable clamp in each link.

(1) The C equivalent of producing large g10mnmov6-3 low alloy cast steel cable clamp is required to be ≤ 0.49%. Its chemical composition is: C is 0.08% ~ 0.10%, Si is 0.35% ~ 0.45%, Mn is 1.40%, Mo is 0.25% ~ 0.32%, V is 0.07%, The rest is Fe.

(2) The machining allowance of large g10mnmov6-3 low alloy cast steel cable clamp is 15 ~ 20mm, and the pin hole and weight reduction hole are formed by machining.

(3) The heat treatment method of cast steel cable clamp adopts quenching + tempering. The quenching temperature rise rate is 80 ~ 130 ℃ / h. After the temperature rises to 965 ± 15 ℃, it shall be kept warm for 8h and quickly cooled to 300 ℃. The tempering temperature rise rate is 100 ℃ / h, and the temperature rises to 650 ± 10 ℃. After holding for 8h, it will be cooled naturally in the furnace.
