The investment is flexible, the cost is 80000-150000, and the production scale is generally 500-5000 tons. This production mode is more in line with China’s national conditions, with less money and fast launch. It is deeply welcomed by China’s small and medium-sized enterprises and develops very rapidly. Such factories account for more than 90% of the lost foam casting plants in China.
Domestic type
The domestic production line designed by ourselves adopts mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric control methods, and the number of sand boxes ranges from 10 to 50; All are equipped with sand cooling system equipment; The production scale is 2000-30000 tons per year, and the investment ranges from 500000-4 million. There are about 30 such production plants. It is characterized by complete system, complete functions and continuous operation, which is suitable for mass and large-scale production.
Imported from abroad
Among these factories introduced from abroad, the investment is less than about 10 million yuan and more (accumulated) about 80 million yuan, generally between 40 and 50 million yuan.
Layout principle
