(a) Direct attack spectrometer
The main instrument used for chemical composition detection is the direct attack spectrometer (q4-130) in Brooke, Germany, as shown in Figure 1. The spectrometer adopts the mature Paschen Runge structure and the latest CCD. Combined with hardware technology, it has high resolution and strong ability to analyze the spectrum. There is an iron matrix + N element channel. The detection wavelength range of elements is 130 ~ 800nm. At present, 31 kinds of elements can be detected.
(b) Microcomputer controlled electro hydraulic servo universal testing machine
The testing equipment of tensile property mainly adopts the model of waw-300e microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, as shown in Fig. 2. The maximum test force is 300KN, and the precision is 0.1N. It can be used for tensile, compression, peeling, shearing, bending (folding) tests on a variety of metal and non-metallic materials. High precision control of PCL card, digital adjustment of data accuracy, synchronous display of test force, deformation, displacement, bending master, etc., make data acquisition more accurate and convenient.
(c) Impact testing machine and cryogenic tank
Pendulum impact testing machine and low temperature tank are used for impact performance test. The model of pendulum impact testing machine is jb-300b, the measurement range is 0 ~ 300j, and the accuracy is 1J; the model of impact test low temperature tank is dwc-60, the temperature control range is – 60 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, and the accuracy is ± 0.5 ℃.
These two instruments are developed according to the requirements of GB / T 229-2007 metallic materials Charpy Notch Impact test method. They are mainly suitable for ferrous metals with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys. The low temperature tank of impact test can cool and heat preservation the sample. The combination of the two can be used for low temperature impact test. Figure 3 shows the pendulum impact testing machine and the impact test cryogenic tank.
(d) Energy saving box type electric steel furnace
The heat treatment of the sample is mainly the energy-saving box type electric steel furnace, the specification and model is sx-g12123, the working temperature is 900 ~ 1000 ℃, the maximum rated temperature is 1200 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃. The electric furnace temperature control pouring adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, with PDI regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning functions, and can edit various temperature rising and falling procedures, as shown in Fig. 4.
(e) Inverted gold microscope
The model of inverted gold enrichment microscope is 5xb-pc, with an accuracy of 0.002mm, as shown in Fig. 5. The instrument is suitable for observation and analysis of Jinzeng group in mechanical industry. It has stable optical pouring, clear imaging and good contrast. It can magnify the sample by 40 times, 100 times, 200 times and 500 times.
