Microstructure and properties of cast iron alloy by vibration lost foam casting

Aiming at the problems of coarse structure and low mechanical properties of cast iron alloy lost foam casting, vibration lost foam casting and inoculation treatment were applied to cast iron alloy in order to reduce the developed dendrite and refine the grain size of cast iron alloy; At the same time, the morphology, distribution and evolution of graphite in lost foam casting cast iron alloy were studied to improve the mechanical properties of lost foam casting cast iron alloy castings. Study the influence of vibration frequency on graphite morphology of vermicular graphite cast iron, explore the evolution law of graphite morphology of vermicular graphite cast iron in lost foam casting by vibration, analyze the mechanism of graphite morphology evolution of vermicular graphite cast iron in lost foam casting under vibration, and study the feasibility of controlling graphite morphology of vermicular graphite cast iron by vibration solidification technology.
