(2) develop high-efficiency horizontal shell production equipment, and put the cold iron into the mold and produce at the same time when shooting the shell for the curved crank with 90 ° distribution, so as to improve the accuracy, productivity and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
(3) develop a complete set of molding and pouring production lines.
(4) develop high-frequency and low amplitude horizontal vertical vibrating workbench.
(5) production of crankshaft shell shape of multi cylinder engine: focus on the problem of out of tolerance of main journal runout caused by mold shell deformation on multi cylinder engine, especially automobile multi cylinder engine crankshaft shell shape deformation.
(6) it is necessary to further optimize the shell process and promote the use of riser heating agent, fusible barrier, filter screen and other measures.
(7) strengthen the research on secondary flow inoculation mechanism or in mold inoculation process.
(8) carry out process test research and application of computer simulation of the whole process.
