The carbon emission of materials based on inherent properties and process parameters of sand casting is calculated according to the formula

According to the formula, the energy carbon emission based on the inherent properties and process parameters of sand casting is calculated.
According to the formula, the undesired carbon emission based on the inherent properties and process parameters of sand casting is calculated.
According to the established process parameter design scheme, all carbon emission distributions are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The carbon emission based on sand casting process parameters is shown in Figure 1a, and the proportion of carbon emission is shown in Figure 1b. The carbon emissions of sand casting based on IP, CP and IAP are 1890.97kg, 477.55kg and 53.38kg respectively. The total carbon emission based on sand casting process parameters is 2421.86kg, and the carbon emission rates based on IP, CP and IAP are 78.08%, 17.92% and 2.20% respectively. The carbon emissions of the three carbon sources are shown in Figure 2A. For example, as shown in Figure 2B, the carbon emissions of sand casting of material carbon source, energy carbon source and unexpected carbon source are 1836.23kg, 579.32kg and 6.36kg respectively. The carbon emissions of material carbon source, energy carbon source and unexpected carbon source accounted for 75.86%, 23.92% and 0.26% respectively.
