Equipment condition:
The molding equipment adopts American spo molding line, and its main machine is multi contact high-voltage micro shock molding machine, and the size of sand box is 1500 × one thousand and one hundred × 450／450。 Cupola and heat preservation electric furnace double melting process is adopted. It has six core making machines from American B & P company and German LAEMPE company to form a cold core production line. In addition, there is a continuous core making machine, which uses coated sand to produce hot core. It has direct reading spectrometer and other testing equipment of Baird company.
