(1) Pin disc wear test
The purpose of pin disc wear test is to evaluate the comparison of wear resistance between bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 when two-body wear is the main wear form. It is carried out on MM-W1A universal wear testing machine. The working diagram and sample drawing are shown in Figure 1.
In this experiment, bainitic Martian duplex wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 were processed into pin samples. The plate samples were quenched 45 steel according to the experimental requirements, and its hardness was 57.9 HRC. In the experiment, the load applied between the disc pins Z is 80N, the rotating speed is 300r / min, and the test time of each sample is 90min. Remove the pin sample every 30min, wash it with ultrasonic vibration in acetone reagent, wipe it with alcohol and dry it. Weigh the wear weight loss of the pin sample once with an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.0001g, Each group of experiments was repeated twice, and the results were taken as the average.
(2) Impact abrasive wear test
The impact abrasive wear test is conducted on the MLD-10 impact abrasive wear testing machine in order to evaluate the wear resistance comparison between Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 under the condition of three body abrasive wear. The working physical diagram and schematic diagram are shown in Figure 2.
In this experiment, bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 were processed into upper samples with the size of 10mmx10mmx30mm. The impact loads applied by the punch were 1J, 2J and 4J respectively, and the frequency was 200 times / min. The abrasive is quartz sand, the diameter range is 1.70-2.36mm (8-10 mesh), and the discharge speed is 40kg / h. The lower sample shall be quenched 45 steel according to the experimental requirements. Its hardness is 760hv, the rotating speed is 200R / min, and the test time of each sample is 120min. Remove 7 upper samples every 20min, wash them with ultrasonic vibration in acetone reagent, wipe them with alcohol and dry them, Use an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.0001g to weigh the wear weight loss of the pin sample once, repeat each group of experiments twice, and take the average value of the results.
(3) Salt spray experiment
The purpose of salt spray experiment is to evaluate the corrosion resistance of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel. In this experiment, the salt spray environmental conditions in nature can be simulated by manufacturing the salt spray environmental atmosphere, which can accelerate the testing of the corrosion resistance of experimental materials, investigate the corrosion resistance life and analyze the corrosion resistance mechanism. Compared with the simulated natural environment, the salt concentration of chloride in salt spray experiment is mostly more than 10 times, and the corrosion rate is significantly accelerated accordingly, so as to shorten the test time. The working corrosion environment of the lining plate of the cone crusher fluctuates greatly with the ore origin and quality, so it is difficult to simulate it completely and accurately. Therefore, this study is carried out by neutral salt spray (NSS) according to the national standard GB / t10125-2012, In order to compare this research with other similar studies, the experimental equipment is CCX2000 salt spray test box (Fig. 3). The continuous spray method is adopted, the atmosphere temperature is 35 + 2 degrees C, and the sample is placed at 70 + 5 degrees in horizontal direction. The samples are divided into 60mmx40mmx4mm salt spray coupon samples and 10mmx10mmx40mm impact abrasive wear samples. The edges of the impact abrasive wear samples are sealed with waterproof tape, so that the salt spray only corrodes 10mmx10mm end faces on both sides of the samples, and the corrosion medium is 5% (wt%) NaCl solution, The total test time is 24h. Take out the samples at 1H, 2h, 4h, 8h and 24h respectively. After taking out the coupon samples, remove the rust with 5% ammonium acetate solution, wash them with ultrasonic vibration in acetone reagent, wipe them with alcohol and dry them. Weigh the corrosion weight loss of the pin samples once with an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.0001g, and repeat each group of experiments three times, The results are averaged. After the impact abrasive wear sample is taken out, one end face is cut from 10mm away from the end face by wire cutting, and the corrosion morphology is observed by Leica dm2700m optical microscope and SEM. The sample with the remaining size of 10mmx10mmx30mm is used in the three body impact abrasive wear test to evaluate the wear resistance of the experimental steel after corrosion.
