Application effect of visualization and digitalization of complete equipment for iron mold sand casting

Based on the complete equipment control system, configuration software, industrial control computer, remote control system and human-computer interface of iron mold sand casting, 490 equipment switch signals, 60 parameter data monitoring and 296 alarm monitoring are realized. Relying on real-time and accurate data acquisition technology, the equipment manager of iron mold sand casting workshop detects the operation status of equipment and components, makes statistics on the operation status and life cycle service life of equipment, and gives early warning to abnormal equipment and equipment approaching service life. Through intelligent analysis of equipment operation data, accurate maintenance and repair plans are provided for equipment maintenance to reduce the impact of unpredictable factors on production. For example, equipment performance degradation, precision degradation, capacity loss, structural deviation, natural aging, etc., completely change the passive waiting for maintenance, and realize the transformation from empirical maintenance to preventive maintenance. The workshop production manager logs in to the remote control system in the office to monitor the operation of complete sets of equipment, the production quantity of products, and the quantity of tooling put into operation. Without having to collect information on the site, he can directly call historical data to formulate production plans, which improves the efficiency of plant management and lays the foundation for the realization of digital chemical plants.
