Defect analysis is mainly based on shrinkage, shrinkage, depression or collapse. ProCast software is used to analyze shrinkage, shrinkage, depression and collapse of casting after pouring and to optimize reasonably according to simulation.After the simulation analysis, the casting defects appear as shown in the figure.

In Figure (a), due to insufficient liquid shrinkage of the metal, a depression appears near one of the six round holes in the casting, and no collapse or depression is found in the rest.As can be clearly seen from the figure (b), several shrinkage holes appear on the surface of the part near the pouring system.
