Calculation results without considering the geometric errors of mold and roller surface in centrifugal casting

If the mold has eccentric mass at the roller support, the eccentricity is e = 0.03mm, and the phase angle is 0, the amplitude frequency response of the mold rotor obtained in this case is shown in Figure 1. It can be seen from the figure that when the unbalanced force is applied at both ends of the support, the amplitude of the cast rotor increases sharply near the roller speed of 3040r.min-1 and 4190r.min-1, and the maximum amplitude is 0.3mm when the roller speed is 3040r.min-1; when the unbalanced force is applied only at one end of the support, the amplitude of the rotor increases sharply near the roller speed of 3040r.min-1, 3975r.min-1 and 4190r.min-1 When the roller speed is about 3040 r.min-1, the maximum amplitude is 0.15 mm.

aniplitude-frequency responses caused by unbalanced forces

When ω 1 = 2000r / min, the shape of the cast rotor caused by unbalanced centrifugal force is shown in Fig. 2. When the unbalanced force is applied at both ends of the support, the point with the largest amplitude is at the center of the mold, and the maximum amplitude is 0.0198 μ M. when the unbalanced force is applied at one end of the support, the point with the largest amplitude is at the end of the mold, and the maximum amplitude is 0.0259 μ M.
