(1) Combined with the performance requirements and development direction of crusher liner materials and on the premise of less addition of precious elements, a new type of bainite Martian composite wear-resistant cast steel composition system and production process with high strength, high hardness and good initial qualification are designed, which opens up a new road for the application of liner materials with low cost, high strength, toughness and high wear resistance.
(2) A multi-dimensional wear analysis method is proposed, which reveals the normal microstructure evolution and work hardening behavior of the wear surface, the wear mechanism of the two-body friction and wear surface, the wear mechanism of the three-body impact abrasive wear surface, and the wear behavior of salt spray corrosion and impact abrasive wear from one to four dimensions, The wear-resistant mechanism of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is expounded, which provides a new idea for improving the wear resistance and service life of lining material.
(3) The theoretical research of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel has been industrialized. The established process parameters can make the microstructure and properties of the lining plate reach the expected goal. The industrial application results show that the service life of the lining plate of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel exceeds the average service life of the domestic lining plate by more than 50%.
