It is suitable for the production conditions with low speed saving of multi variety assembly line with similar cylinder block structure.
The lower core clamp of manual translational clamping structure for cylinder block sand casting is the preferred way to cast cylinder block under non assembly line production conditions (i.e. site production conditions). The author found that there are still a small number of cylinder block foundries in China under non assembly line production conditions, and there are some cases of discomfort in selecting pneumatic lower core clamps.
