The results of three body impact abrasive wear test are shown in Figure 1. It can be seen that the wear weight loss of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 changes linearly with time, the wear weight loss of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel decreases with the increase of impact, while the wear weight loss of mnl3cr2 is basically not affected by impact. When the impact load is 1J, 2J and 4J, the unit wear weight loss of Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is 31%, 55% and 81% lower than mnl3cr2, respectively.
By calculating the relative wear resistance coefficient of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel and mnl3cr2 ε, The results show that the wear resistance of bainitic Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is 1.38 times that of mnl3cr2 when the impact load is 1J. With the increase of impact load, the wear resistance of Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is 1.99 times that of mnl3cr2 when the impact load is 2J. When the impact load is further increased to 4J, the wear resistance of mnl3cr2 does not increase with the increase of impact energy, but the wear resistance of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel is significantly improved. At this time, the wear resistance of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel can reach 3.46 times that of mnl3cr2.
