The object of this research is steel steel steel bearings in bridge bearings. The production process is produced according to the optimal process plan determined in the third chapter, but the foam pattern is EPS and STMMA respectively. The main purpose of the comparative analysis of the two materials is to study the degree of influence and distribution of different foams on the carburizing defects of cast steel, and further study the effects of carbon deficiency on the chemical composition, mechanical properties and the increase of gold content.
In order to reduce the impact of other factors on the experimental results and improve the accuracy of the data, the number of test pieces for each foam material production was selected to be 3, of which 3 production numbers using EPS were 1, 2 and 3, respectively, and 3 products numbered by STMMA were 4, 5 and 6 respectively. At the same time, in order to ensure that the initial carbon content of molten steel is consistent, the same furnace is used for pouring. Then, the distribution law of carburizing defects and the influence of carburizing defects on the quality of steel castings were determined by testing the chemical composition and mechanical properties of different parts of the test pieces.
