Forming conditions of vacuum casting process for forklift front axle

Vacuum casting is a kind of physical molding casting method, which adopts dry sand molding without moisture, binder and any other additives, and maintains a certain negative pressure during pouring and solidification. Compared with the traditional casting technology, v-casting can reduce the labor intensity of molding and casting cleaning. The main production equipment of vacuum casting process casting includes: vacuum casting process molding machine, mobile drying rack, vacuum negative pressure equipment system, sand treatment production line, dust removal system, special sand box, 1 t induction furnace, 1 t spheroidizing ladle, 10 t crown block, four axis three linkage horizontal CNC, etc.

Special sand box size: upper sand box is 1 550 mm × 1 400 mm × 450 mm, lower sand box 1 550 mm × 1 400 mm × 600 mm。

The production process of vacuum casting process casting is: mold making → V-process molding → pouring → cooling → cleaning → primary inspection → painting → processing → secondary inspection → painting → warehousing.
