Influence of casting process on mechanical bearing pedestal performance

Although the output of castings in China is large, there are still some deficiencies in relevant technologies. Therefore, it is very urgent and important to improve the level of casting process. In this paper, the influence of casting process on the impact and wear resistance of mechanical bearing pedestal is studied through experiments, and the optimal casting process parameters are determined.

Therefore, this paper studies the influence of the casting parameters on the quality and performance of the bearing pedestalt, and finds that the bearing pedestal has the best impact and wear resistance under the pouring process of 1530 ℃ and 90s.
