With the continuous development of wind power generation, the manufacturing requirements of wind power equipment are also increasing. Especially in recent years, the development and improvement of land wind farm has turned the attention of many researchers to the development of offshore wind power, which requires wind power manufacturing enterprises to design and produce offshore wind turbines. In this paper, a set of casting technology of 6MW wind turbine main frame and hub casting is designed for domestic offshore wind turbine, and its production is completed.
The figure is a three-dimensional image of the main frame and hub of 6 MW wind turbine generator. The main frame and wheel hub castings are designed and produced in accordance with national standards and EU standards. In this paper, the nodular cast iron of brand qt400-18al is used as the experimental material. According to experience, the light and heavy rare earth spheroidizing agent is combined in a certain proportion, and the main frame and wheel hub castings are produced by continuous resin sand mixer, vibrating platform and one driven two medium frequency induction furnace. Then physical and chemical inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle flaw detection are carried out on the castings.
To sum up, through smelting in one driven two medium frequency induction furnace, combined spheroidizing treatment of light and heavy rare earth spheroidizing agent in a certain proportion according to experience, continuous resin sand casting and multiple open box molding with multiple sets of independent bottom injection gating systems, nodular cast iron castings of main frame and hub of 6 MW wind turbine generator meeting the requirements of various technical specifications have been successfully cast.
