In order to change the current situation of domestic high-speed railway hydraulic shock absorbers, this project carries out the development and application of manufacturing technology for ZG25MnCrNiMo high-speed railway shock absorber box, a key component of the reducer, to improve the performance of the key component high-speed railway shock absorber box, thereby improving the stability and service life of the assembly shock absorber.

The high-speed rail shock absorber box is one of the important components of the high-speed rail train shock absorber device. It is subjected to complex forces during operation, carrying the static and dynamic loads of the traction motor, as well as the dynamic and static loads transmitted by the wheel rail. Under various alternating stresses, fatigue cracks will gradually occur. ZG230-450 ordinary carbon cast steel, which is in a normalized state, was first used as the material for the high-speed railway shock absorber box. Later, in order to improve the strength and stiffness of the iron shock absorber box and increase its service life, low-alloy materials such as ZG16Mn, ZG25Mn, and ZG25MnCrNiMo were successively used. At present, ZG25MnCrNiMo material is used for the shock absorber box of domestic high-speed trains, and the qualification rate of lost foam casting remains at around 50%, with a product yield rate of about 70%. Only a few foundries can meet the standard requirements for mechanical performance.

The improved long seam heating device was installed and debugged in the soft pack 6 # packaging unit. After quality inspection of the produced cigarette strips, it was found that the transparent paper wrapping of the cigarette strips was good without any looseness or wrinkles, greatly improving the quality of the transparent paper wrapping and forming of the strip box, reducing the number of strips removed by the imaging detection system due to loose wrinkles in the transparent paper, and reducing the frequency of blockage at the entrance of the strip box elevator and jamming at the entrance of the missing package detection, shortening the shutdown processing time, and improving the operating efficiency of the equipment; Improve the appearance quality score of cigarette packs, make the cigarettes more beautiful, and wrap them more tightly; Saved raw materials and reduced the labor intensity of manual punching.

By improving the long seam pre sealing soldering iron, the packaging quality of the transparent paper outer packaging of the strip box has been greatly improved. At the same time, the quality defects of the transparent paper folding and scattering have been reduced, effectively improving the packaging quality of the product. Therefore, this improvement has great promotion and practical value.
