Figure 1 is the physical drawing of large ductile iron castings.
1. Inspection of attached cast test block
Figure 2 shows the cutting and sampling diagram of cast attached test block. The test block cutting is carried out in strict accordance with the cutting steps of cast attached test piece type D of casting sample in Appendix g (normative) of DIN en1563-2012 casting ductile iron. The position of each sample shall have strict identification requirements.
Take samples from position B of cast-in-place test block for chemical composition, mechanical properties, impact toughness and metallographic structure inspection. Table 1 shows the chemical composition of cast test block tested by humidification analysis. Table 2 mechanical properties of attached cast test block. Table 3 shows the metallographic structure of the attached cast test block. Figure 3 shows the metallographic structure.
2. Body sampling inspection
Fig. 4 is a photo of the sample of the shaft centers at both ends. Table 4 shows the mechanical properties of the shaft center body. Table 5 shows the metallographic structure of the sleeve sample of the shaft center body. Figure 5 shows the metallographic structure of the shaft center body.

The wall thickness of the processed large nodular cast iron casting body measured by ultrasonic is basically within the range of 55 + 5-3 mm. Through ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle flaw detection, no obvious defects are found, meeting the technical requirements.
