The high temperature resistant blind valve is suitable for the gas pipeline of the producer. Producer gas is coarse hot gas produced by mixing steam and air through hot fuel, with pressure of 5-10kpa, temperature of 500-600 ℃ and tar content. Therefore, the valve is required to have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, flexible action and good sealing performance.
The high temperature resistant blind valve is mainly composed of fixed valve body, movable valve body, screw pair, fan valve plate, base, flap push rod device, loosening and clamping push rod device and water cooling device. A bellows is designed on the movable valve body to connect the movable valve seat, the fixed valve body and the movable valve body are fixedly connected through the base and other connectors, and the valve plate is between the two valve bodies. The high temperature resistant blind plate valve adoptsring gear transmission, starts to loosen the clamping push rod device, drives the big gear ring to drive the small gear on the lead screw to drive the lead screw to rotate, so as to drive the movable valve seat to move left and right, so as to create a 10 ~ 20 mm gap between the 2 valve body and the valve plate. Then, start the turning plate push rod device, push the valve plate to rotate, and realize the switch of the valve plate from full close to full open (or full open to full close). After completion, start the device to loosen the clamping push rod, so that the left and right valve bodies clamp the valve plate, so as to achieve the purpose of medium circulation or cutting off (as shown in the figure).
In the furnace gas pipeline, the high temperature blind valve has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, flexible action, sealing performance and so on. In the process of designing high temperature resistant blind valve, reasonable structure and design data should be adopted according to different working conditions and requirements to ensure that the service performance of the valve can meet the working conditions.
