Under the background of the research on the heat transfer behavior and pressure transfer law of squeeze casting die interface, the research status of the interface heat transfer in casting process, squeeze casting process, the interface heat transfer with pressure and the pressure transfer law in squeeze casting process were systematically reviewed.
For the research of the interface heat transfer in casting process, this section summarizes the research status at home and abroad in four aspects: the method of solving the heat transfer coefficient of the casting mold interface, the measurement method of the internal temperature of the mold, the research of the interface heat transfer behavior of different casting methods and the factors influencing the interface heat transfer behavior.
The casting process is a complex phase change heat transfer process. The liquid metal solidifies gradually with the decrease of temperature in the mold, and the casting will shrink during the solidification process. These complex factors not only make it difficult to obtain the interface heat transfer coefficient through theoretical analysis, but also make it difficult to measure the interface temperature without distorting the temperature field at the interface, Therefore, the study of interface heat transfer in casting process is a typical inverse heat conduction problem. For this kind of inverse problem, the internal temperature field of the object is usually obtained by experimental means, and then the boundary conditions of the object, such as interface heat transfer coefficient and heat flux, are solved by inverse calculation method.
