FE2 adopts the hole making scheme of sand core, and the process parameters of FE2 can be optimized by the method of optimizing the characteristic parameters ofprocess design. according to the content of the characteristic parameters of sand design, the casting geometric structure characteristics are studied, and the process parameters related to process design features can be optimized. on the basis of FE2, taking the characteristic carbon benefit of process design as the optimization goal, FE3 optimizes the hole processing margin. The structural parameters of sand core are improved and the process parameters related to the characteristics of casting geometric structure are optimized.
The optimized process parameters are simulated by ProCAST, and the total shrinkage porosity and porosity also meet the quality requirements. As shown in the figure, it can be seen from the total shrinkage porosity that there are no internal defects in the casting, and from the voidage diagram, it can be seen that the surface porosity of the casting is very small, and the quality requirements can be achieved through follow-up processing.
