Since the early 1980s, fata company of Italy, in cooperation with sapolest company of France, has designed and manufactured several lost foam casting production lines for several foundries of texside company of Fiat Group of Italy, including the molding part, of which two are more representative:
(1). In 1983, it provided a lost foam casting production line with 50 boxes per hour (4 pieces per box) for Turin alutek aluminum foundry. The main product is intake manifold. The factory integrates casting and processing, and has a beautiful environment, which is representative in the world.
(2). In 1991, a fully automatic lost foam casting production line was provided for castek cast iron factory in Turin, with a production capacity of 5000 tons per year and a production capacity of 60 boxes per hour. The main products are gray iron and ductile iron castings. The factory organically combines casting technology and equipment development, and the product quality has also maintained a certain level, so it is highly praised at home and abroad.
