Because the nodular cast iron of the hub support is the main body of the simulation, and its grid quality is directly related to the accuracy of the final result, it should be refined to the greatest extent, while the sand core, sprue, sand mold and other parts can be roughly divided. Such reasonable arrangement can not only improve the calculation efficiency, but also ensure the accuracy of the result. Using the magma grid division function, according to the above analysis, the nodular cast iron model of the hub support is divided into grids according to the actual accuracy needs. Finally, the nodular cast iron model of the hub support is divided into 1993200 grids. After multiple adjustment of division parameters and comparison of division results, the blocked grids are completely eliminated, and the number of thin-wall grids and edge contact grids are controlled at 122 and 136 respectively, The division results are shown in the figure.
