Study on heat treatment process of Bei Ma multiphase wear resistant cast steel for lining plate of cone crusher

Taking experimental research as the starting point, gradually reveal the experimental law, put forward and improve the theory, and mainly complete the relevant work through the following research methods:

(1) According to the service environment of the lining plate of HP800 cone crusher, the composition system suitable for experiment and actual production is designed. According to the designed Bain horse multiphase wear-resistant cast steel composition for the lining plate of cone crusher, the experimental blank of 25kg is smelted and cast.

(2) Cut the casting blank to the appropriate size, carry out heat treatment experiments, detect the mechanical properties of the samples with different heat treatment parameters, observe the microstructure, and determine the best heat treatment process. Room temperature tensile test, hardness test, Charpy pendulum impact test, optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope were used Scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscope Transmission electron microscope (TEM), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), Auger electron spectroscopy (Auger electron spectroscopy, AES) and other means, the effects of heat treatment parameters on microstructure transformation, size and content were analyzed, and the whole process preparation process of bainite Martian multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for lining plate was obtained.

(3)The wear resistance of the samples was studied by pin disc wear test, impact abrasive wear test and salt spray test, and the wear amount, wear morphology and microstructure of the samples under different experimental parameters were detected. The wear resistance machine of Bain Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel for lining plate in the wear process was compared and analyzed by means of microhardness test, OM, XRD, SEM, TEM and EDS Manage.

(4) A set of Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel liner was produced and trial produced in a casting company. The industrial operation experiment was carried out on the HP800 cone crusher in the ore breaking workshop of Qidashan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Mining Co., Ltd. the trial production effect of Bei Ma multiphase wear-resistant cast steel liner was analyzed and its evaluation results were evaluated.
