According to the improved process design scheme, the distribution of all carbon emissions is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The carbon emission based on sand casting process parameters is shown in Figure 1a and the proportion is shown in Figure 1b. The carbon emissions of sand casting based on IP, CP and IAP are 1851.17kg, 452.46kg and 52.61kg respectively. The total carbon emission of sand casting based on the sand casting process parameters of compressor casing is 2356.24kg, and the carbon emission rates based on IP, CP and IAP are 78.56%, 19.20% and 2.23% respectively. The carbon emissions of the three carbon sources are shown in Figure 2A. For example, as shown in Figure 2B, the carbon emissions of sand casting from material carbon source, energy carbon source and unexpected carbon source are 1794.79kg, 555.16kg and 6.29kg respectively. The carbon emission ratios of material carbon source, energy carbon source and unexpected carbon source are 76.17%, 23.56% and 0.27% respectively.
